Description
This comforting dish has all of the flavors of BBQ in one healthy and delicious bowl. Pulled beef BBQ is slowly smoked for 10 hours for ultimate tenderness, and served over roasted sweet potatoes and side of crisply steamed broccolini. Topped with cheddar/jack cheese, spring onions, greek yogurt drizzle and BBQ sauce.
